Relaxing in the garden was just divine. The RAF Coningsby Airport made for some interesting noise, and the free WiFi was a lifesaver for my Instagram addiction.
Oh, I just love when the nearest airport is so conveniently close. It really adds that extra touch of ambiance to my vacation.

Our stay at the Helipod was absolutely amazing! It was such a unique and memorable experience. The retro military setting added to the charm, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Helipod itself was equipped with everything we needed, and we loved the attention to detail. Despite the bed being slightly uncomfortable and the shower room being cold, it didn't ruin our trip as we were informed about these aspects beforehand. I highly recommend the Helipod for anyone looking for something different and special.

I had a fantastic time at the Helipod! The experience of staying in a decommissioned military helicopter was truly unique and added to the fun of our trip. The hosts were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The site was clean and peaceful, providing a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Although the bed was slightly uncomfortable, it didn't ruin our stay. Additionally, while the shower and kitchen room were cold, we were informed about this beforehand and came prepared. I highly recommend the Helipod for a different and enjoyable accommodation experience.

We had a unique experience during our Christmas stay. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The slight discomfort of the bed, which affected my sleep as a sensitive sleeper. However, it was manageable with extra layers for padding.

The location of this unique accommodation is peaceful and clean, providing a perfect retreat for a getaway. The Helipod itself is equipped with everything a couple or single traveler would need, including a separate cockpit for children to play in. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are well-appointed and separate from the room.
The futon in the room is slightly uncomfortable, but it doesn't overshadow the overall enjoyable experience.

The garden at the property was an absolute treat. It felt like stepping into a secret oasis, where I could escape the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Sitting there, surrounded by nature, sipping my morning coffee, I couldn't help but feel like I was in my own little slice of paradise. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge before exploring the nearby attractions. Absolutely delightful!
Futon a bit uncomfortable.

I loved chilling in the garden and pretending to be a helicopter while enjoying the free WiFi. So convenient having RAF Coningsby and Humberside airports right next door!
Oh, and did I mention how much I enjoyed the non-existent airport noise?
